Who handles your enquiry

Unifi Perth is operated by Servicewest Trade Solutions Pty Ltd. Contact us at unifi@servicewest.au about information you provide through an enquiry.

How the assessment form works

The form keeps your details in the current browser page while you prepare an enquiry. It does not automatically send or save them to a website database. When you choose to open your email app, the details are included in an email draft. You choose whether to send it. The copy option places the enquiry on your device’s clipboard.

Information you send us

If you send an email, we receive the contact details, site information and project requirements you include. We use that information to respond, discuss your assessment and prepare an installation scope. Please avoid sending passwords, access credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Its hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. Links to other websites and your email provider operate under their own privacy arrangements.

Questions or corrections

Email the Servicewest team if you would like to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent us. We will respond in the context of your enquiry and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
